As a Vestas Graduate, you’ll experience the very best training schemes and career guidance in the industry.
Every year we welcome up to 70 of the most promising graduates from universities around the world to our Graduate Programme. With our guidance and your hard work, we prepare you to become a wind energy leader of tomorrow.

The two-year programme includes international work experience in locations such as America, China, India or Europe. You’ll take part in business-critical projects and develop new skills in real-time, live environments. Apart from getting a head start in your career at Vestas, you’ll also gain a global network of contacts.

Which career path is right for you?

The Graduate Programme prepares you for key roles in one of our three career pathways:

1. Business and People leadership
2. Knowledge and Innovation leadership
3. Project leadership

To develop a broad understanding of the company, you rotate between different business units during your time on the programme. Armed with experience across a range of departments, you emerge well placed to plot the next move of your career.

With two waves of intake starting the scheme every year – one in March and one in September – the Vestas Graduate Programme is your chance to transform your prospects and make your mark in a fast-changing industry.
