YOUR ROLE

A recent commercial graduate is sought to join a prestigious, 1-year International Management Trainee Scheme with the aim of permanent full-time employment within REHAU after successful completion of the course. This programme consists of both off- and on-the-job training in our Corporate headquarters in Germany, our Regional headquarters in the UK, and our Scandinavian locations. We will coordinate and guide your development through a formal programme, which will include mentoring and in-depth development. Our short-term goal is for you to become the Product Manager Scandinavia for Renewable Energies / Building Technologies.

YOUR PROFILE

A recent, talented graduate with an excellent degree (preferably Masters) in a business-related field. Possibly, you also have initial work experience and are looking for a real challenge in a large, multinational working environment. Entrepreneurial, conscientious, resourceful, computer literate, fully mobile and flexible, you are also ambitious, independent, willing to learn and self-motivated. Fluent in English, you will perhaps also speak some German. An interest/initial experience in construction sectors would also be beneficial.
