The International Management Trainee Programme is designed to give you a thorough education and good insight in the company, our business and the markets we work in, all in purpose of ensuring the best possible start of your career.
The programme is designed to combine both theoretical and practical training; the theoretical segments will consist of both internal and external training. The practical training will be held in both Sweden and abroad in one of our offices, US, the Netherlands, Finland, Australia or Italy.
After completion of the programme, the trainee will not only be on track for an international career path, but they will have gained important contacts within a fast paced industry and working full time as a Business Manager, Product Manager, Key account Manager or managing one of our new establishments.
